Here at Waldorf Ford, our community is the absolute foundation of our success, and the non-profit organizations that assist our community members (and pets) are organizations that we hold near and dear to our hearts. Donations from the community are the foundations for success with many of these organizations, and for most, a small donation goes a long way.
Here are a few organizations that we hold near and dear to our hearts, who you may want to consider donating to this year:
Although there are several community organizations that we think the world, of, we thought we’d name a few that you might want to consider sponsoring, the next time you’re looking to give back to your community.
Our dream is to earn the Triple Crown for the 9th year in a row.
There are over 4,000 Ford dealerships in the nation. Of these, just over 10 in the country have received the President’s Award 14 times or more; and only 8 dealerships nationally have earned the Triple Crown 8 or more times.
With the 2014 President’s Award already locked in, which is one part of the Triple Crown,we’re just a few vehicles short of being in the Top 100 Ford Sales of the Year. This is the third criteria to make up 2014 Triple Crown Award, which would be the 9th consecutive Triple Crown Award for Waldorf Ford.
Wow, where did the time go. Thanksgiving is right around the corner and not far behind is Christmas and the end of 2011. We at Waldorf Ford and Waldorf Dodge, try very hard to give back to our communities by not only donating money, but by also donating our time and resources. We regularly go to the Humane Society of Charles County to highlight animals in need of new homes. This time we decided to head to the Southern Maryland Food Bank to talk to them about what they do and to see what we, as a community, could do to help them to help others. Check out the video of our visit.
Can you believe the amount of food that they distribute out of such a small space?! We were amazed. As you can see they need more help. So, if you would like to donate food or money, you can contact them at Southern Maryland Food Bank. We are grateful to have them serving our community.
